How to request deletion Send an email from the address tied to your Royal Chess Plus account (or tell us your registered username if you no longer have access to that inbox).Use the subject line: Delete my Royal Chess Plus account Include your username and the email address on the account. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete (usually within 7 business days).

Data that will be deleted When your account is deleted, we remove personal data linked to your account, including: Username, email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure hash)Account ID and login session tokens Personas and profile preferences synced to your account Friends list and pending friend requests Ratings, stats, and game history tied to your account Daily Chess games and notifications tied to your account Saved games stored under your account Push notification token (if you enabled notifications)

Data that may be kept Server logs (e.g. IP address, request time) kept up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then discarded.

Backup copies of deleted account data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days, then overwritten.

Opponents’ game records: other users may still see that a game occurred (moves, result, date). Your username and personal identifiers are removed or replaced so you are no longer identifiable.

Legal requirements: we may retain minimal information if required by law (e.g. a record that a deletion request was processed).

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Cancel any Google Play subscription in the Play Store; billing is managed by Google. Uninstalling the app does not delete your online account. Questions: See our Privacy Policy or email royalchessplus@gmail.com
